Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and Psychotherapists
with Alistair Mayor
When I first completed my supervision training, I decided it wasn’t for me.
I wanted to do the direct deep work with individual clients.
Now I want the deep work to happen wherever it’s needed, and I can’t do it all.
I’m passionate about sharing my experience and love supporting therapists (or other allied professions) to dig deep into their own magic way of working.
And you’ve got that magic, I know you have. Sometimes it's easier for someone else to see.
That’s where I come in.
My wish is for everyone working with people to have supervision and support to see where their frame of reference is leaking into the work. (We ALL do it).
It’s just that those with more experience are able to catch their stuff and put it to one side.
And then process it in supervision.
One-to-one supervision in person or online, get in touch, and we can have a chat about what would work for you.
I could write lots about how I work, and you’re doing well to get this far. See how I work generally, add parallel process, systemic observation, and so much more, bring this to your client work, and there you go.
I love group supervision- so if you're interested in joining/forming a group, let me know here.
